Primary Contact enrolment is currently managed by Coal LSL: when we’re ready to enrol an organisation, we send the Primary Contact an email with the information they need to set up their account and nominate their users. If a Primary Contact fails to create their account and nominate their users within the indicated time frame, they must contact Coal LSL to proceed with their registration.
Authorised users, once nominated by their organisation’s Primary Contact (or Levy Loader admin), receive an enrolment email including a temporary link to create their account and set their password.
If authorised users (non-admins) fail to create their account within the validity period of the temporary link, they can use the ‘Forgot Password’ link on the Levy Loader login screen to receive a new enrolment email. An admin user can also reset their access.
To sign into Levy Loader once registered, users have to:
To uphold a strict level of security, Primary Contacts must provide a unique email address for each nominated users; a same email address cannot be used to sign up multiple users on Levy Loader. This is effective as of September 2021, and replacing any information previously provided on email addresses that can be used on Levy Loader.
Please use the email address the Primary Contact of your organisation has provided when nominating you as a user to login to Levy Loader.
Levy Loader passwords must contain:
We recommend your password does not include your username or company name. Never share your login details and password.
Levy Loader now supports 8 character passwords. If you are currently using a 15 character password and would prefer using an 8 character password, you can use the 'reset password' link to change it to a shorter one.
Always log out of Levy Loader at the end of a session. You will be logged out automatically if you close your browser window, or after 24h of inactivity.
Levy Loader works on a secure site accessible via a standard internet browser, with the exception of Internet Explorer.
Salesforce – the platform Levy Loader is built on – stopped supporting Internet Explorer after Microsoft announced its plan for the end of life of Internet Explorer.
If you are using Internet Explorer, you may see a permanent banner in Levy Loader indicating that you are on an 'unsupported browser'. You may still be able to access Levy Loader, but it may not work correctly.
To prevent any issues, we recommend you use the latest version of Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Apple Safari, or Mozilla Firefox.
Note that Levy Loader works best when accessed from a desktop or laptop computer. The experience may vary on a tablet or phone.
To add a layer of security to the login process, Levy Loader requires multi-factor authentication (MFA).
Multi-factor authentication is a security measure requiring users to provide multiple proofs of identity before they can access a website or application. This is often done by entering a code received on your mobile or answering a security question.
If you are already using an MFA app, Levy Loader may support it. Levy Loader is compatible with most apps generating temporary codes, such as:
Users will be prompted to connect an MFA app to their Levy Loader account as they first log in. This process should take less than 10 minutes and must be completed in its entirety on the first attempt. You cannot partially complete the MFA registration process and return to it later; doing so will inactivate your enrolment link and you will need to contact Coal LSL to proceed.
You cannot complete the registration process using a mobile phone only. You will need two devices, preferably a desktop or laptop computer, and a smartphone or tablet.
To prevent any login issues, please ensure you are using a supported browser, and that your MFA app is always up to date.
