Section: Notifications


To ensure you don’t miss important information, we may send you email notifications and in-platform alerts. It is important to read and action these notifications, so you don’t have any outstanding tasks.

You can control your email notifications and alerts from your user profile, under Settings. Changing your notification settings will apply to all the accounts you have access to. The notification settings of others who manage the same account won’t be affected.

Note that some notifications cannot be disabled.

You can contact Coal LSL with enquiries using the Case Messages option within each process. Case messages are specific to each process and should only be related to that item.

For any platform or support enquiry not related to specific applications or submissions, such as system errors, login or access issues, click on Support in the navigation bar and open a new support case.
