2022-23 Client Satisfaction Survey program

Coal LSL is conducting online client satisfaction surveys to keep guiding investment of time and funds into service improvements.

We have once again commissioned independent research company Ipsos Australia to collect your feedback on our behalf.

Surveys will be periodically carried out in four surveying periods between May and November, involving a cross-section of our employer and employee client groups.

Cross-sections will be randomly selected for each survey period. This is a typical research practice for organisations with a large client base, and why it’s important to participate if you receive an invitation; you may not be randomly selected again.

We also welcome feedback from all our clients outside the survey program via our online form or by email.
