A unique combination of old and new –the Fund was established more than 70 years ago, but the unique identity of Coal LSL was developed in 2017. We are now building new platforms, improving how we deliver services, and strengthening industry partnerships.

Our organisation

Our business has seen significant growth since becoming its own corporate Commonwealth entity in 2017.

We continually improve our business model to align with the dynamic industry we serve. As a result, our company grew from 50 employees to more than 120 in just three years!

Our recruitment process

Coal LSL applies merit-based recruitment principles to the selection process. This means the decision to appoint a person is based on the qualifications, skills, experience, and attributes required to perform the role. We also assess the motivation of candidates and their fit with our company culture.
