Our organisation

Our business has seen significant growth since becoming its own corporate Commonwealth entity in 2017.

We continually improve our business model and strategic priorities to align with the dynamic industry we serve.

As a result, our company grew from 50 employees to more than 200 in less than five years.

The right fit

Our recruitment process: Coal LSL applies merit-based recruitment principles to the selection process. This means the decision to appoint a person is based on the qualifications, skills, experience, and attributes required to perform the role. We also assess the motivation of candidates and their fit with our company culture.

As a candidate with Coal LSL you may experience a number of assessments throughout the recruitment process to inform our selection decision. These include (but are not limited to):
