Plan now for end-of-year leave processing

With the holiday season approaching, now is the perfect time to plan ahead and submit your leave applications before our end-of-year closure.  

Leave applications need to be submitted to us by 5:30pm Tuesday, 16 December 2025 to ensure they can be processed for this year. Any applications received after this date may not be processed until after Monday, 5 January 2026.

There are no changes to submission or payment dates for levy returns. Returns for November hours are still due between 1 and 28 December and we encourage employers to meet their obligations as early as possible to avoid non-compliance. Setting a mid-December calendar reminder is a simple way to stay on track during this busy period.

This year our office will be closed from 12:00pm on Wednesday 24 December 2025 and will reopen at 8:30am on Monday 5 January 2026. 

While you won’t be able to reach us by phone during this time our website, self-service portal and Online Services are still available for you to use.
